When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on Fridays for the following week.  Payments are to be made through Procare.

 

Do I still owe if my child is out sick?

Yes.  Tuition fee's are based on holding your child's spot and not days attended.

 

What is included in tuition?

Tuition includes Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack also included are the following:

Infants- Diapers and wipes, creams and crib sheets are supplied.  Parents are responsible for formula

and baby food. 

Toddlers- Diapers and pull-ups, wipes and creams.

Preschoolers- Pull-ups

 

Center Closing Policy:

We will follow the Lorain County Weather forecast and the center will be closed for Level 3 emergencies.

 

Holidays and Vacation Policy:

Refer to our Parent handbook on specific holiday closings. The center is opened year-round and does

not close for vacation.

 

What are the hours of operation for the center?

We are open Monday-Friday 6:30am-6pm.

 

Enrollment Process:

Each family will be given an enrollment packet that will include all forms that need to be filled out prior to

your child starting.  A medical statement is required within 30 days of enrollment.  Along with the required paperwork a $75 nonrefundable enrollment fee per family is required.  A 1 week deposit equal to the

weekly tuition is also due at enrollment which will be credited towards the child's last week of care with a

2 week notice.  If a 2 week notice is not given, then the deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

Water Play Policy:

Each child must have a signed waiver in order to participate in water play.

Sunblock Policy:

Each child must have a signed waiver and supply their own sunblock with a minimum of 50 proof

protection.  Staff will apply sunblock. 

 

Field Trips:

We are working on a schedule to have weekly outings that are in walking distance from the center. 

A field trip permission slip will be required in order for your child to participate.
